Yoga

 

Yoga is an ancient science and the study and practice of it can enable growth and development  in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives.  The Yoga asanas or postures when practiced regularly can help in the following ways:

  3. -Detoxification and strengthening of the nervous system.

  4. -Release of tension and stiffness in the body.

  5. -Improvement in co-ordination and balance.
